Mineral Resources is supporting the development of future talent

At MRL, we pride ourselves on providing opportunities to the future generations of talent and giving students a safe and supportive work environment to learn new skills.

We recently welcomed Curtin University student, Bronte, to the business as part of our work experience programme. Bronte is in the final year of her studies towards a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in both Public Relations and Web Media.

“I was extremely excited about the opportunity to do my work placement with MRL,” said Bronte. “I am gaining hands on experience from a high-level corporation and learning the skills I need to achieve my future goals.”

Bronte will work within the Communications team and assist in a range of areas including content creation, internal and external communications and reporting.

Our work experience programme provides students with practical experience in their chosen field and the ability to learn and grow in a safe and nurturing work environment. It is just one of the ways we help ensure the future generation of workers are well equipped to tackle challenges and apply their knowledge and skills to their future endeavours.
