We achieved a fantastic milestone at Wodgina, with the first ore dumped directly into the primary crusher via a CAT789 Dump Truck.
Since then the site construction, commissioning, processing, mining and crusher teams have worked diligently and collaboratively, with first product onto the Coarse Ore Stockpile (COS), only two weeks later on Thursday, 7 March. Another great accomplishment by all.
The team has now progressed with commissioning of other assets within the crushing circuit and is looking forward to achieving the performance milestone – a run rate of 1500 tonnes per hour – prior to handover to operations.
